We set off from the historic port of Portimão, once a bustling centre of a former fish-canning industry, for an enchanting sunset tour that blends the excitement of our morning and afternoon expeditions with the added magic of dusk at sea. Sights along the way include the charming whitewashed villages of Ferragudo and Carvoeiro, boggling natural rock formations and hard-to-reach beaches.
Near the Alfanzina lighthouse you’ll hop on to smaller specialised boats to go right into the enchanting caves, including the insta-famous Benagil Cave, before returning to ship to witness a breathtaking sunset on the horizon on the way back. And maybe even spot dolphins!
